When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What airport should I fly into?

The closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), located approximately 25 minutes from Carillon Beach. Another convenient option is Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), about one hour away.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying within Carillon Beach whenever possible. The community offers beautiful vacation homes, townhomes, and condominiums that are all conveniently located near the wedding festivities. If you prefer a hotel, there are several wonderful options nearby, including The Pearl Hotel, Camp Creek Inn, and Embassy Suites Panama City Beach.

What will the weather be like?

April is one of our favorite times of year on the Emerald Coast. Average daytime temperatures are typically in the mid-70s with cooler evenings in the low 60s. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket for after sunset, especially if you'll be spending time outdoors.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Yes! Our celebration will take place outdoors. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes appropriate for walking on grass.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving approximately 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so everyone has plenty of time to park, find their seat, and settle in before the festivities begin.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Parking information will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

Are there things to do nearby?

Absolutely! We hope you'll make a vacation out of your visit. Spend time relaxing on the beach, exploring the charming communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and WaterColor, enjoying fresh Gulf seafood, shopping local boutiques, or simply taking in one of the area's beautiful sunsets.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please include any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Should I rent a car?

If you're staying within Carillon Beach for the weekend, you may not need one. However, if you'd like to explore the surrounding 30A communities, restaurants, and beaches, renting a car is recommended. Golf carts and bicycles are also popular ways to get around within the area.

What is the best way to get around Carillon Beach?

Many guests enjoy walking, biking, or renting a golf cart during their stay. The community is designed to be easily explored on foot, making it simple to get between the beach, restaurants, and wedding events.
