Our story began in Santa Rosa Beach, where we met and went on our first double date with Kacy and Alex- who are now our Maid of Honor and Best Man!That summer before starting college at Florida State University, we spent as much time together as possible, making the most of every chance we had to see each other. Once freshman year began, we were practically inseparable and ended up spending nearly every day together.Our first fall at FSU was one we’ll never forget. We cheered on the Seminoles during their incredible 13–0 season and made memories tons of memories. Then, in the spring, we got our puppy, Doak, and we welcoming him into our little family. The following summer, we both began internships at Rushing Law Firm, where we’ve continued working together every summer since.One of our favorite things to do together is travel. Our first trip was to Steamboat, Colorado, and since then we’ve been fortunate enough to explore Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park, Telluride, Alaska, Seattle, Canada, Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Missoula, Bandon Dunes, Crater Lake, and the Redwoods. Each adventure has given us the best memories together. In the fall of 2024, we discovered a shared love for golf and have spent countless hours playing and practicing together ever since. When we’re not golfing, you’ll usually find us enjoying dinner dates, relaxing at the beach, spending time with our family and friends, or taking Doak for a walk.Another fact about us is we are both Real Estate majors in the Florida State College of Business and are excited to begin our final semester before graduating together this fall. As we look ahead, we’re studying for the LSAT and plan to attend law school after we get married in the fall of 2027.We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of the people we love most!
